Before launching my coaching and consulting practice, I spent two decades in the Financial Services industry focused on marketing, communications, investor relations, sales management and event strategy – with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and streamlining complex organizations.

I have earned recognition for my ability to connect across levels, ask insightful questions and inspire confidence. My approach blends clarity, empathy and strategic focus to support meaningful growth and lasting impact.

Based in Chicago, I live with my husband and two teenage sons. I’m an avid traveler, fiction lover and always up for the next must-watch series.
